Product research used to be a bottleneck for us You either have someone hunting through ad libraries for hours every day, or you dont test enough products. We do it different. Built an AI agent (claude cowork) that scrapes competitor ad libraries, filters by reach and runtime, and surfaces a list of candidates every morning. The Agent has strict rules to follow and does product research the same way a human would do. I open the list. Approve or reject. Done. Then the team takes over: listing, creative, launches. The whole setup took me around 1-2 days including development of the agent. Havent done manual product research in the past weeks and we were able to double our output.

Our 2 CM pages have together crossed $10K in the last 28 days (before US tax). Still feels surreal saying that out loud. Both pages are in the same fandom niche. One has 19K followers, the other 41K… but the earnings are not that far apart. That part still surprised me. We’re not doing anything fancy.
