EVM / ethereum / crypto needs more experiments like this. Even if you don't agree with the implementation, or the idea / concept, approaching him with language that's more mentor-like, like "hey this is cool, here's what I would have done different" blah blah blah would be a much better approach and probably would encourage more experimentation on the AI front The problem with a lot of Ethereum people is they research, tweet, podcast, talk, write papers, but never actually build anything innovative, and even though this "thing" whatever it is may or may not be long-term successful, it's an interesting idea and something similar to what many other teams in crypto are also trying to accomplish, as well as a lot of other people (see the comments from the original post pointing out how their idea was better or earlier or whatever) I'm not endorsing this, but I think the spirit of crypto is experimentation and wacky things like this, and unlike 99% of the scams and ponzis that have come out in the past, many endorsed by prominent people in the indsutry that have gone to zero or close to it, this guy is not launching a token that I know of, and is instead making people pay, which is also a much better example of how crypto companies should operate (offer a service, if people want it they will pay for it and it will do well, if not it will die) I'm not a huge fan of this Beff guy (e/acc or whatever) but I agree with this in spirit x.com/beffjezos/stat… more crazy experiments, more innovation, if his idea sucks let it die but also this has already planted a lot of other ideas for other people who can build the same thing, or something similiar, but better

ok WOW. Woke up this morning and said, for fun, lets try to recreate monday. com w Claude cowork. it wont work or anything, but we can just show our audience that its plausible. 1 hour later... I literally have my own monday. com that's plugged into my calendar & gmail and surfaced a kids bday that was not anywhere on my radar and I need to get a gift for. Can imagine next step being: order gift and have it delivered by Sunday. 2026 is WILD.

Y Combinator
Y Combinator@ycombinator·
Today, Y Combinator is announcing that YC-funded startups can choose to receive their funding ($500k) in stablecoins. We believe stablecoins like @usdc are setting the stage for a new fintech renaissance and broader global access to financial services. Sending money should be as easy as sending a text message. Stablecoins make that possible: cheap, fast, and global, using currencies people already trust. Some of the fastest-growing YC startups in recent years like @get_aspora and @DolarApp use stablecoins to power faster, cheaper financial services across India and Latin America. Plus, with the passage of the GENIUS Act and growing adoption by financial institutions, we’re bullish. Whether crypto-focused or not, we expect many YC startups to use crypto in some way, from payments to banking to capital raising. If you’re building onchain, apply for our Spring ‘26 batch by Feb 9: ycombinator.com/apply

I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. I wanted to quickly share a few tips for using Claude Code, sourced directly from the Claude Code team. The way the team uses Claude is different than how I use it. Remember: there is no one right way to use Claude Code -- everyones' setup is different. You should experiment to see what works for you!
