My OpenClaw 🦞 bot flagged that oil prices hit a near 4-year high yesterday due to geopolitical tensions, Fed signaling, and market moves. I checked rwaperps.trade — a terminal I personally built to track real-world asset perps — and saw that $3.4B in crude oil had already traded overnight. For context, CME crude did ~$32B in notional yesterday. So it's still a fraction, but it's 24/7, never closes, and growing fast. That's the point. Real-world assets — oil, gold, equities — shouldn't only trade 9 to 4. The world doesn't stop, and neither do prices At @coinbase, we've launched 24/7 trading for $GOLD, $SILVER, the Mag7, AI names like $SNDK $INTC $MU $AMD $ARM, and even $SPY and $QQQ. $8 B+ in RWA perps trading right now as I post this. This is still early, but the market is forming quickly.

No meeting week, day 1. Last week I noticed I kept explaining the same things in Slack. Data should flow freely, not get bottlenecked by someone. So I spent a couple of hours building something to answer faster and updating docs as I answer them, so I am not the bottleneck. Separately, I usually bounce between dashboards and channels every morning. So I built a brief that pulls it all together. Now I sip my first coffee and already have the full rundown. Goal is for me to know what to focus on before I even sit down. Maximize efficiency. Do the things that matter.

Mid-build, cut off, again and again the kind of thing that makes you close your laptop and walk away Also tried @claudeai Design for the first time And it actually removes that AI-built feel, genuinely surprised! Immediately wanted more and immediately hit the token limit The frustration and the delight of using AI

I used to treat AI like a “proceed anyway” button and click, click, click. Now I think about it differently. It’s autonomous driving. AI is great at execution. But you need to let it know where you actually want to go. That part is on you: - Define the destination - Define what “good” looks like Otherwise you don’t get leverage. You just get more garbage output.
