AI is making marketers lazy. So we made the website do the work instead. Today, we're launching @ployai: the all-in-one marketing platform that turns your website into your hardest working employee. And we're coming out of stealth today with a $27M seed led by @ycombinator and @firstround. I spent 12 years at Webflow as the founding CTO where I built the product, but also started our marketing and sales teams that drove our fastest periods of growth. That experience made one thing obvious: the website is the center of your business. And it's only more important in the age of AI. Foundation model apps can generate assets. Point solutions can optimize pieces of the funnel. But nothing runs the whole growth system: your site, brand, CMS, CRM, campaigns, analytics, SEO, AEO, and customer data all working together. Until now. Teams at @hex_tech and @clay_run, and growth agencies like Tonik and TNT Growth, are already powering sites on Ploy. Hex is generating on-brand ABM pages at scale, Clay is using its data to power a programmatic SEO engine, and TNT Growth is spinning up a landing page for each of their clients’ ads. Wake up every morning with a report from Ploy - with what it did, and what it wants to do next. Approve it. Ship it. Or be lazy and just watch it cook.

1. Small Business creates ~60% of new jobs every year 2. AI makes it easier and faster for them to compete with larger companies. 3. The % of jobs created by Small biz every year will only increase. 4. Start your job search with small businesses

I cannot recommend this piece by @BrianCAlbrecht more. I am constantly seeing the "demand for horses" graph as a metaphor for what will happen to human labor. And the answer is simply: No, you are not a horse. The human labor market does not resemble "pulling cart on wheels" in ways that make it a fundamentally different problem. Read the whole piece, but this part in particular is important to highlight: substack.com/home/post/p-19…

@fortelabs @ohamaruri I felt the same, but with some simple customizations, Obsidian is now ridiculously seamless for me. I still use Apple Notes for disposable, quick capture, but overall Obsidian has been a massive unlock for my work. I only wish I could more easily access my notes in a browser.

@ohamaruri I just can't even handle the interface on startup. It spikes my cognitive load instantly, and the whole point of notes for me it to lower it. I can't handle Notion either for the same reason

Can anyone recommend a dead simple, easy to use notetaking app based on markdown files? Obsidian is far too complicated for me. I'm looking for Apple Notes, but with markdown storage

@denk_tweets The only thing Substack offers is an audience (a good audience) that provides a bit of organic discovery & occasional viral lift. If Beehiiv created something similar, it would be amazing. Even better if it was federated. Of course, local newsletters don't really need this.

Destroying the @InternetArchive's @WayBackMachine would be the equivalent of the burning of the Library of Alexandria - one of the worst losses of knowledge in history. Media giants are now threatening to do this. We can't let this happen. Pass it on.

I don’t think people realize how much healthcare costs are driving big companies to fire and not hire. It costs them $30k per family, per year for premiums and care. Most of that goes to the massive, vertically integrated insurance companies that send weekly bills that no one reviews in details. And it doesn’t include the company overhead to deal with it all. It’s usually the 2nd largest expense after payroll. Which is insane It’s far easier to blame AI than it is to blame Healthcare costs. Want to increase jobs, wages and improve affordability for every American ? Break up the biggest insurance companies. Make divest non insurance companies. They don’t need thousands of subsidiaries. That’s how they game and abuse the system and increase costs for all of us. Call your senator and tell them to support the BreakUp Big Medicine Bill by @HawleyMO and @SenWarren.

the gap between theoretical and observed is the whole story. it's not measuring AI capability, it's measuring organizational friction. the categories where the gap is smallest (computer/math, legal) are text-in text-out jobs where one person can adopt AI without changing any workflow around them. the categories where it's largest are ones where adoption requires institutional buy-in. that gap is a countdown timer, not a safety margin.

I hit $10K MRR in under 30 days. 70%+ margins. No paid ads. No VC money. No audience. Most founders try influencer marketing and quit. The deals are unprofitable or impossible to scale. Here's what actually works: ↓ $30-50 per post. 3-5 creators to start. One simple funnel. That's it. I documented every step in a free PDF. Like + Repost + Comment 'MRR' and I'll send it over. Make sure to follow so I can DM you.

Congress is about to pass the massive internet censorship bill called KOSA and repeal Section 230. This hands them unlimited authoritarian powers to control all online information. The time to rally pressure is NOW.
