seems like outside your chicagos and bostons, not many cities are set up for both cold and snow. they're ok with snow (it melts) and they're ok with cold (it's cold), but when the snow just...stays there....cities seem to struggle

Masking while avoiding indoor dining/drinking **IS** a “sacrifice” and a change in lifestyle. Not everyone chooses Arby’s. Masking does mean that you DON’T get to “live your life” the way you might want to. /1

Not all hope is lost 🥹 I received the free bulk Cov1d rapid tests via US gov & offered them to my local community on Facebook groups. My county is “purple” politically & I’ve had a few anti-mask encounters. Within hours of posting, all 300 tests distributed ✅ 🤯

@oldenoughtosay Born, raised, live in New England and I instinctively say a. 1st floor* and b. 2nd floor but have trained myself to say “Ground Floor” for a. because I work at a museum and it is more likely to be understood by our (international) visitors!
