SCOOP: Acting Deputy Treasury Secretary Derek Theurer has been removed from his position at the @USTreasury. Source tells me he was not moving on directives from POTUS and @SecScottBessent to crack down on 501c3 nonprofits that are in violation of IRS rules, and he was allegedly not complying with what he was asked to do by Secretary Bessent. If Bessent removed him, kudos to Bessent for taking the issue of 501c3 rule violations seriously. We are running out of time to take action against these 501c3s. Technically speaking, we are already out of time thanks to idiots who work at the IRS who deliberately blocked President Trump’s orders. I warned about this! Too many idiots work at Treasury sadly. This is a deranged article and preposterous ruling. Not once does it mention the fact that the detainee is an illegal alien (freed into the country by Dems in 2022). A federal district court judge ordered the alien released again because “this is a person who was just living his daily life.” Congress long ago explicitly stripped the judiciary of jurisdiction over deportation cases precisely because it is so ludicrous and destructive to afford valuable federal trial court hours to individual civil deportations (in a nation with millions upon millions of illegal aliens). And yet, in plain defiance of law, it is now routine anytime an illegal alien is arrested a network of activists and NGO lawyers instantly file improper and frivolous habeas petitions in federal district court to demand their immediate release. Leftist judges who, again, never dispute the aliens are here illegally, then order ICE to release the alien. Both the illegals’ attorneys and the judges who enable them are engaged in a gross and egregious abuse of the legal system in an effort to grind down the enforcement of our sovereign laws.

ICE had NOTHING to do with this woman’s death. She passed away THREE days after ICE encountered her. Following her arrest by local authorities for Terroristic Threats and Harassment, Daphy Michel, an illegal alien from Haiti, was encountered by ICE and placed in removal proceedings. ICE issued her an ICE ankle monitor and she was released from ICE custody on February 27. She was released with all of her belongings, including a fully charged phone, in sunny weather in the middle of Pittsburgh, where public transport is readily available.    On March 3, ICE received a notification that her ankle monitor had been tampered with. ICE officers traveled to her last known location on the GPS system: the county medical office. Upon arrival, local staff refused to cooperate or even talk with ICE federal law enforcement. Our officers instead had to call the U.S. Marshal’s service, who were let into the building and were given the severed ankle monitor. However, staff refused to even tell the U.S. Marshals about the individual’s condition.    ICE was never given official notification of her passing, and found out about her death via the media thanks to the local county’s refusal to even have a conversation with federal law enforcement.
