@NerdWallet serious concern: fraudulent charges ($4K+) on a card never lost or digitized. @Square unable to explain or assist. This seems like a systemic security issue worth examining. NerdWallet Please do not promote @Square credit card.

I have the same cell phone number for 30 years. It’s an original 212 prefix. When I make calls folks tend to pickup as they assume it’s an official number or from medical providers. Anyone else?

@SquareSupport I reported over $4,000 in fraudulent credit card charges more than a week ago and have yet to receive a response or resolution. This is unacceptable for a financial services co. I need immediate follow-up and accountability. These charges should’ve been flagged
