@AvantiWestCoast I tried to buy tickets for tomorrow Euston- Coventry return. The money is pending from my account after approving through my bank app, but the website then crashed when I returned to your site and I have not received an email with the tickets. What should I do?

The funds will remain pending and will automatically pop back into your card/account. This typically can take between 5-10 days to return, but this will depend on your bank or card provider.
