@vilita_lucy This is smhw the same reason and how I resigned. I had a query that day, and I went out for lunch. And that was all...
English

They served me a warning letter for coming to work 10 minutes late, I didn't re-sign, went for tea break and never showed up again.
They wrote an email asking me to show up for disciplinary hearing, I responded, 'Move on guys!'
Best decision in my life fr.

If you ever get up $1M cash
Buy a fuck off apartment / house in the UAE where there’s zero property tax, once you own it you own it and the only thing you pay for is your utilities & internet - cost $500K
You get a regular car at $50-$100K (if that’s your thing) and you stash the rest in a 10% APR geo arbitrage play or a “low risk” investment fund and make $30-$40K per year risk free
You won’t be rich, but you’ll be free in the sense where you won’t be beholden to some gestapo government and paying property taxes for the rest of your life
$3-4K/month is enough to live a basic life and then you can build true wealth from there
Becoming a debt slave where you own nothing and pay taxes and get cucked by the gestapo and you feel like you can never get ahead is just a giant waste of your time & life
Being rich without being free is the same as being a slave

If you stick a giant metal pole into the sky during a storm, it will attract lightning strikes.
I want you to imagine that a lightning strike is a client paying you $5,000.
Your odds of being struck by lightning in any given year is 1 in 775,000.
Now, if you go construct a building with a giant metal pole on top of it, this rate increases to actively getting struck 25 times per year.
So you go from only getting struck once every 775,000 years, to getting struck 25 times PER EACH year.
So without being 50 floors up, and without having a giant metal pole, it would take you 19.38 million years to sign 25 clients (get struck 25 times).
If you're not posting online, or doing outreach, your odds of signing a client are the exact same as getting struck by lightning without a pole.
If you are posting YouTube videos, and actively outreaching to prospects, you are constructing multiple building per month, with very high poles.
The better the content & outreach = the taller the building.
The better your stuff, the more you get struck.
Let me help you visualize it like this:
Person 1: Has 20 YouTube videos, sending 5,000 cold emails per month, and manually DM outreaches to 500 people per month.
Person 2: Has 0 YouTube videos, sends 100 outreach messages per month.
Person 1 has the equivalent of 30-40 skyscrapers.
Person 2 has the equivalent of standing alone in a rubber suit, on grass, covered by a tarp, between skyscrapers.
It's virtually impossible for Person 2 to get struck, because the massive skyscrapers next to him will surely absorb the strike.
So in the presence of Person 1, it might as well be a complete 0% probability Person 2 ever signs a client.
Most of you are Person 2.
And you want to be Person 1 so bad, but without doing any of the building.
That is a fundamental mismatch of what is required.
You don't get to choose what is required.
You are only allowed to figure out what actively works, and then go do what actively works.
You don't get to morph reality - only flow with it.
So if you want results, start building.

- Doing deep reading of old books
- Finding anecdotes that spread
- Better understanding his taste
- Finding his heroes
- Understanding his blind spots as a leader
- Unpacking the strategy of his business
It was one of the deepest and most inspiring episodes we’ve ever done. And it's the first one we've ever recorded in person!
