@POferries what an absolute shambles the kitchen is on your ferries. No food choices, you have to have food in boxes. Nowhere to amend orders or remove items. You may save money on staff, but the level of service and customer experience is non existent

@currys @CurrysServices @currysplc Alex Baldock you need to look at you customer service or should I say lack of it. No managers available, 2hr lunch breaks for managers according to your staff, hanging up on customers, refusing to talk to them. This is just for starters
