If your precious Renewables are so good why do they need £billions in subsidies? And why do they need fossil fuel backup?

Climate alarmists continue to hallucinate with beliefs that climate is more chaotic. These folks must be very young or have a very short memory or love making up stuff. Hurricanes and tornadoes alone show just the opposite trend - as do all other climate indicators.

You are quite right; cranks band together. Here is a perfect example of 44 cranks banding together, as detailed in the US Senate's 2010 Committee on Energy and Commerce report into Mann's "Hockey Stick"; climateaudit.org/wp-content/upl…

'Scientists' tell us we have already broken their arbitrary 1.5C 'Climate Danger' threshold. We were naughty children and didn't do what we were told! But now we've broken it, where are the catastrophes? Where's the worldwide emergency? The mass starvation...for those lucky enough not to drown in the floods or perpetual hurricanes? Try as I might I really can't see much happening. Could it be the 1.5C limit was just baseless scaremongering?

The UN says 99% of coral reefs will vanish with just 2C of warming, but this claim collapses the moment you look at a map. Coral reefs are concentrated in the warmest waters on Earth because they need heat and sunlight to survive. If warmth killed coral, the Indo-Pacific and Caribbean would be barren. But they're not. They're instead the global hotspots of reef diversity. And as for the Great Barrier Reef (the world's most politicized reef), it has posted record coral cover over the past four years, directly contradicting decades of climate doom. As always, the "crisis narrative" collapses the moment you stop to take a look at the actual data.
