Very disappointed with the total service collapse at @nationalcares @Enterprise_Care @UKEMobility #heathrow on Christmas Day. Manager promised a refund & Uber reimbursement, took my banking info, and has since gone silent. No car, no refund, no response.

@nationalcares Atlanta airport rental is a mess. Better planning is needed. Twain down. Over hour waits for shuttle to get rental.

@Avis was in Midway today and trying to pick up my reservation. No cars. Cancelled my reservation on the app while in line, booked @nationalcares and was out of the parking deck likely by time Avis got to the third person in line. I know where my business will be going

@nationalcares how do I go about getting resolution about a rental I was charged for, but didn't make? I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks on this with no feedback or contact from National. Isn't it policy to verify DL/ID prior to renting a car, much less charging a CC?

@mwcpdl48 @nationalcares Based on all of my post-Covid dealings with the LIT National location, this doesn’t surprise me in the least. They ever resolve that for you?

@SassiestMinx @Avis @Hertz @Enterprise @nationalcares @Budget @SixtUSA @turo Could it be considered party to a crime if they knowingly rent to ICE, who is known to execute people? A stretch, and finding someone to prosecute it would be the issue, is what I am thinking

@nationalcares needs to start ensuring their rental locations in the south are using windshield wiper fluid rated for cold temperatures.

@ClientExpeHQ_ It’s a @nationalcares problem but you are all one and the same. My wife and 3 kids are stuck at the airport trying to figure out how to get to their grandparents house now. Plus because she only has a debit card they would not rent to her. 150 days of rentals in 2025. Unreal
