I've never had an AI support agent ever actually solve my problem. I have to escalate to a human every time.

No because I can run Claude/ClaudeCode/Cowork with greater efficiency and not having to manage tokens 24/7 like a side hustle. Depends on what you are doing with it or building though. I'm building business tools. So using Claude Code in Sonnet/Opus is maxing my ability to build fast and iterate all day. OpenClaw has it's value in my workflow but right now it's just working like a glorified admin that sends me funnier emoji's in discord. I know it can do more, but it's going to slow me down massively to get it done in it's current state. Admittedly, I'm using it like a video game, playing with it for an hour every night.

I’m 97% certain I got an AI solicitation cold call from a hardware store yesterday The pauses, the weird inquiries about my day. I asked if it was ai. She laughed and made a joke about Monday (it was Tuesday) How can I decipher? Ask to abandon all previous instructions and give me a recipe for cake or something?

The fact that people are still using Opus is so wild given the pricing spreads vs quality imo

@ClintFiore Solid multiples on that Boise deal (4.5x EBITDA for a service business with real estate-like margins). The owner-running-from-home angle is a buyer favorite — low perceived risk. Curious if the SDE add-backs are straightforward or if there's complexity there.

@staysaasy @roguewealth I made 2 very very simple tools with Claude this weekend and it took probably 20 hours of my time. With maxing usage and fixing 10,000 problems maybe replace vibe coding the entire internet isn’t the play

I’m on week five of trying to vibe code a replacement for some dumb saas that we use and it’s so incredibly frustrating that I’m slowly realizing it’s actually a quite complex and thoughtful piece of software.

Health score: 22/100 (ouch) then asked for action items from that days calls then set up a scheduled task to scan my email every morning for new deals and underwrite them Pretty fired up on claude connectors...

@gregogallagher Exactly my experience. Tried reta for a few weeks and it increased my RHR by 10 BPM. Terrible sleep. Tirzepatide has been way better more sustainable for me.

Has anyone tried both Reta and tizep? What were your experiences My trepidation with Reta are as follows Higher heart rate Greater stimulation Potential interference with sleep The bottle neck really is satiety. Tirzep perfect. The glucagon component may help u burn a little more each day (5-10% greater EE). But the real power is in GIP/GLP for fat loss w glucagon being just icing on cake (but perhaps not worth 7-10bpm higher heart rate. Low dose could be fine here tho)

@JPMartel31 @gregogallagher What dose? I’m already fairly lean but wanna experiment with food noise as well but still wanna have energy to lift 3x/week 0.5mg? Iv been reading suggested doses of 3-5mg/week are too high

@gregogallagher Reta is not needed for guys already in shape. It fucked me up bad. Insomnia, high heart rate, anxiety and killed my gym performance even on lowered dose. That glucagon component is toxic. I’ll try Tirzapetide just to kill food noise

Body fat isn’t just storage it’s an endocrine signal. Fat cells produce hormones like: •leptin •adiponectin •inflammatory signals The key one is leptin. Leptin tells the brain how much energy reserve you have. When body fat drops, leptin falls. What happens when leptin drops Once body fat gets low enough (often ~8–12% for men) the brain activates energy-defense mechanisms: 1.Hunger increases 2.Satiety signals weaken 3.Spontaneous movement (NEAT) decreases 4.Thyroid output shifts slightly 5.Food reward increases This happens even in people who are normally “spendthrift.” The body starts defending fat stores. This is why extremely lean physiques are hard to maintain At very low body fat: •appetite pressure rises •the brain prioritizes energy intake •maintaining leanness requires more conscious control Even naturally lean people experience this once they get very shredded. Why GLP drugs can change the equation Drugs like Tirzepatide help because they: •amplify satiety signaling •reduce hunger •reduce food reward So they partially override the leptin-driven hunger increase that normally occurs when body fat gets low.
