The Nationals became one of the last MLB teams to add a fancy pitching machine. One figured it would help them at the plate. Turns out, it’s helped them catch up elsewhere, too. On a hunk of tech making them chase less, frame better and recover quicker: nytimes.com/athletic/71293…
Two years ago, the Nationals had signs in their bullpen that said "I don't care how fast you threw ball four." Now, the bullpens look like this:

The Orioles announce there will be a new flag court bar in right field for fans. Construction has begun and it will open after the All-Star break. It’ll be a wrap-around bar that serves the flag court and Eutaw Street sides. Rendering from the Orioles:

And the two renderings below show the smaller of the two proposed parking decks, presented somewhat translucently just south of the stadium. The bigger deck will be the one closer to the Kingman Park neighborhood, though, and that's not shown in the renderings.
