Heroj Vili i ekipa iz Stožera u vrijeme suludog nametanja mjera su zaslužili zatvor zbog onog što su još tada radili. To vrijeme kad su ukinuli javnu nabavu bilo je vrijeme razularene pljačke i uskraćivanju ljudskih prava i sloboda dotad neviđenog u povijesti.
