All three of the liberal justices dissented from the order allowing Texas to use their new congressional map. But these same justices all voted with a unanimous court back in February to allow California to use its new maps. The three liberal justices are simply progressive activists wearing black robes.

The Supreme Court has handed Republicans in Texas a win by striking down lower a court block on the state's new congressional district map. Kagan, Sotomayor & Jackson dissented.

Lindsey Graham says they are going introduce legislation that’s going to authorize 400 million dollars to be spent on building the ballroom: We pay for it by offsetting it with customs fees. The sooner we get the ballroom built, the better it is for the country.

They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots. When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but four times. And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy.

Why is it that most studies show studies indicate that right-wing extremist violence accounts for a significant portion of domestic terrorism, and some research suggests that among the small percentage of Americans willing to engage in political violence, MAGA Republicans are overrepresented.  National Institutes of Health (.gov) +3 Right-Wing Extremism: A University of Maryland study found right-wing extremists are more likely to commit violent acts (0.61 probability) compared to left-wing extremists (0.33). Another study notes that right-wing extremist violence has caused 75-80% of domestic terrorism deaths since 2001.  University of Maryland +1 Political Violence Support: A 2024 study in PMC12628544 (also reported by The Guardian) found that over 50% of "MAGA Republicans" surveyed considered violence to be justified for at least one of 21 specific political objectives, and this group had higher likelihoods of being armed.  National Institutes of Health (.gov) Ideological Shooters: Research by the Terrorism Research Center indicates that ideologically motivated mass shooters (often right-wing) are more likely to use semi-automatic weapons, have fewer mental health issues, and cause more fatalities

25% of very liberal people say political violence can “sometimes be justified.” Among very conservative people it’s just 3%. In other words, the far left is 8x more likely to support political violence as the far right. Stop pretending this is a “both sides” problem. It’s not.

“The reason why Nancy Pelosi's returns are so consistently good is Reg FD does not apply to people in Congress.” - Chamath Sacks: “ To put up the kind of returns that Nancy Pelosi has done over decades is nothing short of miraculous.” Jason: “It's generational.” Travis Kalanick: “She's substantially better than Warren Buffet.” Chamath: “The reason why Nancy Pelosi's returns are so consistently good is Reg FD does not apply to people in Congress. That should be the takeaway.” Jason: “We gotta stop them.” Chamath: “They can learn things in their committee meetings, in fact, there are situations where things are disclosed and then they are trading in real time.”

The reason she says “could pay for” instead of “will pay for” is crucially important to understand. The programs Sen Warren talks about are important and helpful. But in no way can Sen Warren guarantee that the money the government collects can be sent directly to these programs let alone that those programs will spend it wisely and won’t waste it. In other words, this can buy votes from the people grifting from the leaky bucket or idealists who want to tithe and think they are part of some greater good but it won’t actually solve any real problems. Until there is some form of closed-loop accountability and auditing of government programs, even those that support big government need to be intellectually honest enough to admit this is all theater and sending good money after bad fixes nothing and is more destructive than helpful.
Elizabeth Warren@ewarren

The Ultra-Millionaire Tax Act would generate over $6 trillion over the next decade—without raising taxes on 99.85% of American households. This wealth tax for millionaires and billionaires could pay for universal child care, free community college, Medicare expansion, and more.

No public evidence or reports of illegal insider dealings or trading by David Sacks in the past year. He realized gains by selling $85M+ personal crypto holdings (plus firm assets totaling $200M+) before his gov role in early 2025, explicitly to avoid conflicts per White House ethics memo. His VC portfolio (449+ AI/tech stakes out of 708) likely saw unrealized appreciation from market/policy tailwinds, but he divested direct conflicts, got waivers, and disclosures show compliance—no violations alleged.

🚨🇺🇸 DAVID SACKS COMPLETES HIS 130 DAYS AS TRUMP'S AI AND CRYPTO CZAR Sacks used up his full allocation as a special government employee and is now moving to co-chair the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. In just over four months, Sacks helped shape Trump's AI framework, pushed for easier permitting and power generation for tech companies, and brought serious Silicon Valley credibility to an administration that needed it. He sold over $200 million in crypto investments before taking the role. No conflicts. Clean hands. Now he gets an expanded portfolio. PCAST covers AI plus a broader range of technology policy. Less day-to-day operations, more strategic recommendations directly to the president. Sacks: "I think moving forward as co-chair of PCAST, I can now make recommendations on not just AI but an expanded range of technology topics." One of the few people in Washington who actually understands how this technology works. Good to see him staying involved. Source: CNBC @DavidSacks

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 David Sacks warned that the U.S. is at risk of applying too much pressure to Iran, forcing the desperate regime to essentially try to destroy the Gulf states. "Something like 100 million people on the Arabian Peninsula get their water from desal. Desal plants are soft targets. If you see that type of destruction continue, you could render the Gulf almost uninhabitable." Source: All-In Podcast

Democrats have now caused the LONGEST shutdown in history — REFUSING to fund Homeland Security and BLOCKING paychecks for TSA agents, FEMA, border patrol support staff, and other brave law enforcement. …All because they would rather reopen our border and protect criminal illegal aliens than keep Americans safe! The House has voted to fully fund @DHSgov **FOUR times**— but Chuck Schumer wants to pick and choose which law enforcement officers can get their paycheck. It's OUTRAGEOUS and unfair.  Their RECKLESS obsession with criminal illegal aliens hurts every American and puts our national security at risk. @HouseGOP will continue to stand for law and order.

Jason Calacanis: “No good comes from kids on social media … and the industry wants them addicted” “Rough week for Zuck. Two verdicts went against Meta in two days. They were first found liable for allowing child predators to access minors on Facebook and Instagram. Then on Wednesday, an LA jury found Meta and YouTube negligent for designing addictive platforms that harmed a young user's mental health. No good comes out of kids under 16 using social media. Kids who use this 2-3 hours a day, it's massively correlated with depression and anxiety, and eating disorders, specifically in young girls. It's obviously addicting. Obviously, the industry has not policed itself, nor would they police themselves because they want to get people addicted now, so they're addicted when they're adults. The rest of the world has realized this. Australia now has 16 enforced, Malaysia, 16. Other countries are right behind them, Spain, Germany, the UK. So labeling, information, and age gating would be the logical things to do for social media, and that's what's happened in the past. If Android and Apple showed leadership with Facebook and said, ‘We're going to, by default, when you buy a phone, you're going to have to verify kids under a certain age,’ we could solve this problem. And then parents would (have to) opt in to giving their kids access to this.”

Elon Musk's wealth is represented by paper, not liquid assets. But that paper represents companies that pay billions of dollars in fees and taxes to the Federal Government; it also employees hudreds of thousands of people that together pay neormous amounts of tax. In fact Elon's company contribute about .4% to the US GDP! I wish we had a thousand Elon Musks, we'd all be very rich.
Bernie Sanders@BernieSanders

Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive, recently paid an effective tax rate of less than 3.3%. That is less than the average truck driver, nurse and teacher. YES, we must demand the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1…
