SAC season 1 was no slouch in its overall visual presentation but it did have a bit of that early 00's roughness to its character art i frequently find in shows from the era. 2nd Gig appears to look a bit smoother and god bless because it means their Kusanagi in high(er) def lol

Saw 2 episodes of the new Ghost in the Shell. Covers the first act of GITS 95 so can't speak much on the story and it was eng dub so that's sad. Besides that really love how expressive and vibrant the art style is and I got to see Major being a lesbian so that's worth something.
