Hey @LNRailway, so disappointing that 1U39 is now a 5 car vice 10 car in the new timetable. Train has been full and standing every day this week. Is the formation going to be reviewed to hopefully return it to a 10 car?

Another classic customer service fail from @LNRailway Who made the bonkers decision to run 1U39 fast from LTV? Probably going to save you a max of 4 minutes getting to Crewe, but going to cost you a few quid more in delay repay.

Credit where it’s due @lnr. You’re making a valiant attempt to wrestle the title of worst TOC away from TfW. Usual Monday short form on 1U39. And to compound matters even further, the PA system is broken and every announcement is just white noise.

First train of the day @LNRailway (1U00 which I boarded at Stafford). Not a good show. At least @AvantiWestCoast start their trains clean.

@LNRailway any reason why 1U39 isn’t stopping at Stafford today? Seems the most ridiculous of places to miss a stop, especially as that’s where I’m trying to get to.

The only positive I can take from @LNRailway’s ‘service’ over the last couple of weeks is that I’m making a fortune in delay repay.

@LNRailway on 1U00, bad enough that it’s formed of two very tatty 350/2s, but even worse that only 1 working toilet! I pity all of those having to travel on this set throughout the day.

@bt_uk not had any WiFi for a week now after having fibre installed. Latest chat with one of your call centre staff was awful - he was speaking over me and terribly rude.
