The 4th EEAS Threat Report on FIMI is out and shows the scale of information warfare targetting the EU and its partners in 2025: - 540 incidents - 10,500 channels - 90 targeted countries - 35% of detected incidents linked to Russia and China. The EU is set to disrupt these activities with: - sanctions - law enforcement - digital regulation - resilience-building.
