I get it, this is a big change and I’m sure it will get better but I guess my question is why should I fly Southwest at all moving forward? @AmericanAir my husband and his sister have been stranded in New Orleans since Sunday… today they got as far as CLT and now are stuck there with crew shortages. Flight 2286. What gives? Weather I can understand. But that was three days ago. Crew shortages? Come on…

@Amtrak, the @AmtrakNECAlerts corridor train 67 southbound from NYC. 12:20AM train is 1hr+ late because they can’t find a track. Ready to board and the doors at the bottom of the escalators lock automatically at 1AM, trapping 44 students at bottom of escalator. Not a good look.
