@BCalusinski Well, hello…until the vector for attack is the AI or someone pretending to be the AI divulging your secrets and blackmailing you; or proposing that you committed a thoughtcrime or something. You know, when the laws inevitably change in the future and the world is less permissive

The modern day pursuit of excellence is sharing all your daily stories with ai, telling it to ruthlessly dismantle your arguments and intentions, and essentially shatter your existing identities in the process All while cross referencing with high level friends in different niches, ages, etc to ensure minimum risk of ai-psychosis Then sit with these thoughts w/o stimulus to extract signal and be consciously AWARE of the inputs/outputs to yet again reduce risk of ai psychosis Lots of pain, but the other side of this is a turbo-charged version of YOU in what would have taken select people a lifetime to discover before us Step 2 involves agents but ive shared enough alpha today and this app doesnt reward it anymore, oh well
Ben Calusinski@BCalusinski

I built a robust context profile of all my personal flaws and started to integrate/fix each one of them I get INSTANT objective feedback now based on stories I share with ai I have instructed it to be ruthless and only use logic when finding holes in my arguments INSANE ROI

Running agents locally is a dead end. The future of software development is hundreds of agents running at all times of the day — in response to bug alerts, emails, Slack messages, meetings, and because they were launched by other agents. The only sane way to support this is with cloud containers. Local agents hit a wall quickly: • No scale. You can only run as many agents (and copies of your app) as your hardware allows. • No isolation. Local agents share your filesystem, network, and credentials. One rogue agent can affect everything else. • No team visibility. Teammates can't see what your agents are doing, review their work, or interact with them. • No always-on capability. Agents can't respond to signals (alerts, messages, other agents) when your machine is off or asleep. Cloud agents solve all of these problems. Each agent runs in its own isolated container with its own environment, and they can run 24/7 without depending on any single machine. This year, every software company will have to make the transition from work happening on developer's local machines from 9am-6pm to work happening in the cloud 24/7 -- or get left behind by companies who do.

this is the founder equivalent of becoming a paperclip maximizer. "increase shareholder value," they said. we must increase our TAM to 8 billion therefore we will literally make our core product a kitchen sink for "general purpose work". why. just make separate products if you are so inclined. what a completely dilutive move. going as horizontal as possible with no opinion

Introducing Lovable for more general tasks. Lovable has always been for building apps. Today it also becomes your data scientist, your business analyst, your deck builder, and your marketing assistant. This is a big step toward what Lovable is becoming: a general-purpose co-founder that can do anything. See examples below.

Delve, a YC-backed compliance startup that raised $32 million, has been accused of systematically faking SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance reports for hundreds of clients. According to a detailed Substack investigation by DeepDelver, a leaked Google spreadsheet containing links to hundreds of confidential draft audit reports revealed that Delve generates auditor conclusions before any auditor reviews evidence, uses the same template across 99.8% of reports, and relies on Indian certification mills operating through empty US shells instead of the "US-based CPA firms" they advertise. Here's the breakdown: > 493 out of 494 leaked SOC 2 reports allegedly contain identical boilerplate text, including the same grammatical errors and nonsensical sentences, with only a company name, logo, org chart, and signature swapped in > Auditor conclusions and test procedures are reportedly pre-written in draft reports before clients even provide their company description, which would violate AICPA independence rules requiring auditors to independently design tests and form conclusions > All 259 Type II reports claim zero security incidents, zero personnel changes, zero customer terminations, and zero cyber incidents during the observation period, with identical "unable to test" conclusions across every client > Delve's "US-based auditors" are actually Accorp and Gradient, described as Indian certification mills operating through US shell entities. 99%+ of clients reportedly went through one of these two firms over the past 6 months > The platform allegedly publishes fully populated trust pages claiming vulnerability scanning, pentesting, and data recovery simulations before any compliance work has been done > Delve pre-fabricates board meeting minutes, risk assessments, security incident simulations, and employee evidence that clients can adopt with a single click, according to the author > Most "integrations" are just containers for manual screenshots with no actual API connections. The author describes the platform as a "SOC 2 template pack with a thin SaaS wrapper" > When the leak was exposed, CEO Karun Kaushik emailed clients calling the allegations "falsified claims" from an "AI-generated email" and stated no sensitive data was accessed, while the reports themselves contained private signatures and confidential architecture diagrams > Companies relying on these reports could face criminal liability under HIPAA and fines up to 4% of global revenue under GDPR for compliance violations they believed were resolved > When clients threaten to leave, Delve reportedly pairs them with an external vCISO for manual off-platform work, which the author argues proves their own platform can't deliver real compliance > Delve's sales price dropped from $15,000 to $6,000 with ISO 27001 and a penetration test thrown in when a client mentioned considering a competitor

End of times stuff here There was a guy on this app who tested a bunch of similar ai UGC ads and realized if the thumbnail showed the woman’s armpit that the views would oftentimes 5-10x He was dumbfounded and had to try and figure out the causal reasoning for it and figured out it had something to do with how humans don’t lift their arms unless they want to feel more exposed/vulnerable (like hugs for example) so a bunch of guys would be more likely to click the vid Most people will literally have the same value as sheep a decade from now if this keeps up at scale Dead internet theory is correct - agents are the only way to extract signal without the mental clutter
Miko@Mho_23

here's another AI UGC video from our new system our new system is extremely good at details: > handles accurate product placement > realistic voice > stable/controllable movements > infinite length can make them at scale & FAST if you know what you're doing best time to be alive ngl..

It is going to be very hard to tell from public stories whether “coding agents did terrible thing X” is due to: (1) coding agents doing terrible thing (2) older coding agents that aren’t very good failing (3) bad process around coding agents or (4) blaming AI for another issue.

@BrianRoemmele The levels of in jokes required here is crazy. Only ones I recognized are the hero’s journey format and the fallout-esque graphics but I’m sure there’s probably a dozen more that went over my head.
