Receipt notices still trickling in so do not despair if you have not gotten your receipt notice yet. We estimate around 50% of receipt notices have been issued, more from CA than VT.

42 days and counting since @DHSgov announced the #H2B visa release. What is the hold up @USDOL @joshorton @CassSunstein? I spoke with one landscaper this morning who told me that only two of his ten U.S. workers showed up this morning. Untenable!

@SEA_labor @DHSgov Just don’t understand how the people we put in office can keep hurting the American people that pay there salaries. I for one know I can not do 8 months of work in 6, we need to figure out a way to fix this.

Now hearing that the #H2B rule will not be published for another couple weeks. Come on @DHSgov, #releasethevisas! Every day this rule is delayed means contracts lost, contracts forgone and more angry customers. April and May are the main revenue months for landscapers. Lets go!
