@NephroP Tricky one clearly influenced by respiratory cycles (maybe for both flow dynamic and doppler angle/location). I would bet on severe congestion but I would also have look at other loops and views !

Et oui en effet pratiquer le VExUS permet de réintégrer le compartiment veineux de nos raisonnement hémodynamiques.

@fan2physio @icmteaching Ces concepts physiologiques sont malheureusement existants depuis plusieurs dizaines d’années mais : - On a mal interprété/compris la physiologie et en voulant la simplifier au « remplissage », on a oublié l’essentiel. - On manquait d’outils de monitorage veineux (#VeXUS)

Les concepts physiologiques mis en avant par @icmteaching marquent un changement radical de point de vue, s'il se démocratise les mentalités vont mettre du temps à changer=>imaginez ne plus remplir les chocs septiques ! ne plus dire "précharge dépendant" !
