Seiya@hosomacho1

@farrenle36 @BasedBiohacker depends on route. oral caps run much lower mg, the 10mg figure is for subq which sits at the upper end of the khavinson published range (5-10mg typical, some protocols up to 20mg short cycle) what doses are you seeing in your research? oral or subq protocols?

pinealon and epitalon are great, but they’re usually only amazing if your systems are currently impaired beyond youthful function this means age (30+), disruption from alcohol/ drugs, horrible sleep, high stress, etc. that is usually when the night and day differences show in sleep, mental clarity and energy

I am a cardiac patient (arrhythmia issue, pacemaker and heart failure) and a competitive cyclist. I started taking tirzepatide for the cardiovascular benefits. Over the last 2 years I have improved cardiovascular performance and have improved fitness overall. I am very happy with the results and because of the low dose, have not experienced any side effects. Thank you for posting this thread.

Everyone calls retatrutide "the Ozempic and tirzepatide killer" with triple agonist power. But if you look at the data we have right now, tirzepatide might be the smarter choice. Tirzepatide, explained: (1/13)

epitalon: 5mg subq daily for 10-20 days, cycle 1-2x/year. pinealon: 10mg subq or oral capsules, most ppl run 10-20 day cycles with similar breaks lower doses for longer runs work too but the clinical data is mostly on short high-dose protocols. not medical advice, do your own research ofc!

@BasedBiohacker makes sense. theyre regulatory peptides not performance enhancers. if your pineal and thymic output are still healthy theres not much to restore. the bigger the deficit the more dramatic the response

I've been taking 5mg Cialis (tadalafil) for about 6 months. Maybe a little longer. I've actually got it mentioned in my boxing supplements article, as tadalafil is (not currently) banned by WADA, but I tell guys competing to stay up to date. Here are a few random benefits I got: -Easier to empty my bladder when I pee. I'm not blowing like a Clydesdale, but the stream is strong, and I go way less often, unless I crushed a bunch of coffee. -Never had any issues getting it up, but I suspect it's more up. Girth on point. Like a D-battery. -I initially tried it for cardio benefits, and I can say it's real. I don't have superhuman lungs. Rather, it feels like I just took my inhaler. -Speaking of my inhaler, I need it less. Like, way less. I'm prescribed fluticasone propionate 232 mcg for daily use, and I have built up extra because I stopped using it. Obviously, this is not medical advice and just my experience (do your own research, please), but guys suffering from asthma should look into PDE5 inhibitors. Remember, I'm just a guy who used to get punched in the head for a living who thinks he's smart enough to put stuff into his body without a doctor. It might be a bad idea, but you only die once, right? I used to use an online pharmacy, but started using Elite Research USA because it's less hassle and cheaper. eliteresearchusa.com/products/91835…

ED drugs like Cialis & Viagra, when taken as a low dose daily, can help maintain vascular function in brain and muscle, and are a promising, though still debated, approach for preventing & treating dementias. The human data for Cialis (tadalafil) is stronger …🧵

ppl underrate pinealon because they think of it as a sleep peptide. it isnt. its a brain bioregulator that happens to improve sleep as a side effect of doing something more interesting underneath. the actual mechanism: pinealon (Glu-Asp-Arg, 3 amino acids) crosses the blood-brain barrier and upregulates GluN2B, the NMDA receptor subunit that controls long-term potentiation. LTP is how memories physically encode. CaMKII gets co-recruited, which strengthens the synapse and locks the memory in. this is why pinealons cognitive effects compound across weeks rather than just feeling good the night you take it. youre not just sleeping better, your brain is wiring more efficiently every time you sleep. the secondary effects: serotonin synthesis upregulated in cortical neurons, oxidative stress reduced in cerebellar tissue, irisin expression boosted (the muscle-derived hormone that drives white-to-brown fat conversion). sleep isnt the endpoint. its the window during which the rewiring happens. running pinealon without tracking sleep + cognitive markers is like running reta without tracking glucose. the drug works either way, but you wont catch what its actually doing.

I wrote a 20-page audit for a 45-year-old CEO who does more for his health than 99% of men. He came to me convinced he needed a better protocol. He didn't need a better protocol. He needed to stop. Here's what the report found (and why it applies to most men over 40 running businesses):

I found a 2016 Russian Pinealon thesis that gets into the mechanism. It is trying to explain how Pinealon interacts with DNA, and whether that interaction could explain the gene changes they saw.

Intranasal Semax is what I reach for on heavy cognitive days. The room goes quiet, and there's less friction between thought and output. Intranasal Selank is what I reach for when I'm stressed but need to stay present, sometimes I use both. Nasal route changes everything.
Michael Morelli@morellifit

I spent 10 weeks running injectable Selank and Semax, then switched to nasal sprays to see what would change. The route of administration matters more than I thought (different receptors, different effects). Notes below: (1/16)
