Hedera uses sha-384 for hashing and as Leemon said will move to falcon for signatures, same as algo. Algo uses sha-512/256 for hashing which has the same THEORETICAL vulnerabilities as sha-384. In practice both are QS.

@baggyGFY @bmgentile @hbarTaTa @hedera @Google I think it is good to recognize that while SHA-384 works "good enough" today for the quantum problem, but it doesn't actually solve it, it just kicks the can. FALCON is a completely different approach, designed specifically for the quantum threat. It's not just a "bigger number".
