When I was a pre-teen - Halloween fell on a Friday and a bunch of friends got together Saturday morning to play road hockey. After the game, my friends dared me to knock on a random door pretending to be a late trick-or-treater. I was wearing a hockey jersey and figured why not?

Horrible call centre service from @TELUS - 90 minutes on hold yesterday, 2 hours today, spoke with several people about what should have been a very simple issue. Everyone said it could be done but after long waits handed me off to someone else. The last one hung up on me
