hi @TPExpressTrains, I need confirmation from the TOC that a train I was due to travel on was cancelled in order to get a refund from the app I bought it through. Can you confirm this was cancelled: York to Newcastle on 3 Sep 2022. Departs:York at 08:07 Thanks, Lucy

@LNER Hi, I booked a train for 25th June, you emailed me to tell me its cancelled, but no follow up email on 17th. I'm trying to cancel via 'Amend journey or request a refund' button but it wont let me select date in the future. Do I need to wait til after 25th to get refund?

@_Railcards any idea if there's an issue with buying railcards and if so when it will be sorted? I keep getting 500 error (enter all details, add photos, then asks me to login again, altho I already am, and it gives me this msg)
