About 1.5 weeks ago I finished the Prototyping with AI bootcamp, and here's the final result! 🚀 With little to none coding experience I was able to create a very simple Ski Game using p5.js ⛷️ inspired by SkiFree from 1991. The game features: ➡️ A score that increases as you advance in the game. ➡️ Speed and difficulty that also increase as you move forward. ➡️ Different moving obstacles. ➡️ A skier that tilts as you move to one side or the other to simulate real movement. ➡️ A leaderboard to track your progress.

i'm declaring war on brainrot this is day 1/30 of creating content WITHOUT consuming it i'm done wasting my life sitting at a damn slotmachine i only want to use the upside (of posting and creating) but every time I log into a platform to post i: - get sucked into the feed - get angry at some random anon account comment - waste time refreshing engagement metrics (so fucking stupid, they created such a strong slot machine) - compare myself to a fake reality - see 1000 shiny things that distract me from building my business - watch Youtube to "relax" in the evening only to wake up not feeling rested i'm treating this like treating a real addiction here's my game plan to unfuck my slop brain in the next 30 days - deleted all social apps from my phone - only posting through typefully, never on platform directly - no youtube in the evenings, only reading - 15 min per day time slot to answer comments on my posts - only check performance metrics once a week (instead of couple of times a day) - no content "research", only working on my own formats - post a daily 100% honest update I already wanted to start it this morning but I already got sucked into commenting on my post so I'm starting now I'm taking this 100% seriously may believe is that unwinding from social media addiction as a creator is a winning formula (for both business succes AND your mental health)

@Scobleizer saw this wave long before most of us connected the dots. Signals are what separate noise from foresight. They show where the future is already unfolding. Robert was doing this manually, I can now chat with an LLM directly inside my X Pro dashboard about the signals that matter. All I had to do was to tune in on Robert's curated signal lisits and strategic intelligence just became a real-time conversation.

@venturetwins This is so true The algo forgets you have interests in different things and tries hard to encapsulate you so hard into one topic If you go to your interests under settings you’ll find a lot of surprises there the algo thinks you like because you watched one tweet about it

I’ve been trying to articulate my thoughts on this for a while, so here goes: I think one of the biggest drivers of success for an (already scaled) social app is whether the recommendation algorithm feels “smart” or “dumb.” Dumb means the algo sees you like and/or spend time consuming content on a certain topic, and over-rotates - suddenly, every video or post you see is on that topic. Smart algos understand that you are a multifaceted person. They serve you content on a topic you’re engaging with, but don’t forget your other interests and the feed doesn’t feel one-note. IMO, this is the main difference between Reels and TikTok. Like it or not, the TikTok algo feels smarter.

The timeline updates are generally great @nikitabier. But I posted once about Diwali and liked a few posts… now my X feed looks like the Diwali channel. The algo needs variety instead of leaning so hard into one theme IMO

✨ It's not even 2026 yet, but you can start using AI world models today! This is @theworldlabs running inside my app 🏡 Interior AI letting you redesign your home with AI and then walk through it! It's really cool and of course not perfect especially since for now it's based on just one image, but multi-image will allow for more precise understanding of the room As always this is just the first version, and it'll get better from here World Labs is founded by @drfeifei, a Computer Science professor from @stanford, and other people like Justin Johnson, Christoph Lassner, and Ben Mildenhall "each a world-renowned technologist in computer vision and graphics" The tech essentially comes down to img2splat, search what a guassian splat is if you don't know It's in beta and wait list, but I'm trying to get this live for everyone as soon as possible as it seems like such an essential feature for interior design P.S. I also tried to worldify people photos (for Photo AI) but World Labs for safety right now seems to block it off and make it a black square, maybe in the future
