@fenderman1124 Because the guy doing weighted pullups is focusing on just getting above the bar, not on using the movement to train his muscles - I.e. Moving slowly and under control both up and down

@Lufthansa_USA I received an email asking for my bank account information for delayed baggage reimbursement. Is this legit?

@Lufthansa_USA I have been notified. It was to have been delivered 3 days ago. I have an AirTag in the bag, it is 12 miles away. What I would like to know is what happened. And to satisfy a curious it’s, why no one at Lufthansa is at all interested in helping.

@fenderman1124 I understand. But once you have submitted a delayed baggage report, you will be notified as soon as possible about the status of your delayed baggage as well as when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the processing of delayed baggage. /Aria

Hey @Lufthansa_USA it's been a week since you lost my luggage. They are sitting at the airport 12 miles from my house. They know where to deliver them. How can I get an update?

@Lufthansa_USA But wouldn’t you admit the customer would be more satisfied if they could get information as to when their luggage would be delivered, especially a week after they flew?

@fenderman1124 There are certain procedures in place at the airport to make sure that the luggage is safe, secured, documented and then matched correctly with the person who claims that it is their bag. We do not have insights into the entirety of the process. /Aria

@fenderman1124 Jim, I am sorry to hear the problems you encounter connecting with the baggage department. If you are able to drive to the airport with all your luggage information's, it may be an option to retrieve your luggage if it is sitting at the airport. /Sina
