In a nutshell, the bill would allow preschool teachers and other early educators get a tax deduction for money they spend out of their own pockets for classroom supplies. (Thank you @RepJimmyPanetta @RepBrianFitz @RepGoodlander & @RepDavidValadao for your leadership!)
