In the Soviet Union innocent people would plead guilty to crimes they never committed so that their family would not be murdered. And if you think that analogy is too far over the top, then you have not been paying attention.

1. The original agent in charge of Flynn's investigation recommended closing it; discredited Stzrok kept it open, and the whole thing was predicated on the dubious Logan Act. 2. Comey is on record admitting he violated FBI policy by not notifying WH counsel before conducting interview he allegedly lied in. 3. Then FBI violated policy by taking three weeks, instead of 3 to 5 days, to file the record of the interview, which was suspiciously edited. 4. Flynn has credibly maintained for a long time he only pled guilty due to the financial pressures of the government's lawsuit -- he sold a house to pay legal bills.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I’ve been in bed for 3 days now. I’ve been sleeping 15 hours a day and the rest of the time I watched every pairs figure skating and the skeleton. Also a bunch of Firefly reruns. I’ve lost 7 pounds so far. I’m bored out of my skull.
