Chud the Builder (Eatherly) (28, non-fatal public shooting, tons of fresh arrests, already out on bond, provocative streaming history) hit every red flag, e.g., crowd risk, pattern of trouble, so he got $1.25M, in Tennessee.
Believe it or not, there are so many factors that go into bail that vary across states, all you have to do is 30 mins of research.
