@rushicrypto Everything sounds good but I believe Iran needs nuclears because Israel has them and cannot be trusted anymore!
They acted like germany in 1938/1939 - attacking while negotiations were going on
English

Here is my proposal. Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz to all shipping. President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Secretary Hegseth resign. All US bases in the Middle East close forever. Iran agrees to abandon regional proxies. The US stops arms shipments to Israel. Iran agrees to not pursue nuclear weapons and allow verification. What do you say?

@guilherme94jose Harrari - i agree is trash
Fukuyama - never read, so no opinion
Sartre - not trash, just complex and sophisticated for the first reading but the concept of nothingness is something most people relate too. And he explains/develops it beautifully in Being and Nothingness
English

@PAHoyeck And frankly if it takes you less than three hours, then you are just a flipper and not a reader
English

@mikeddonatelli Mine is:
4 runs (all outdoors)
3 indoor climbing sessions
3 lifts
1 body pump
1 strong core
1 stretch and mobility
1 backstroke swimming session
I agree with her, i havent felt stronger and better - both mentally and physically

@PrimeHomestead @JohnnySalad3t @KeruboSk Hmmm.. agree to disagree. Some scientists have still got integrity to present their findings honestly.
And i definitely do not trust alternative medicine approach
English

@foolsbookie @JohnnySalad3t @KeruboSk I don't know. I don't trust scientific data from the very entities making gobs of money hand over fist on the very pharmaceuticals they are evaluating.

Ozempic was designed for diabetes. Then it became the biggest weight loss drug in history.
Now a massive new study shows it also significantly reduces depression, anxiety, and addiction risk.
One drug. Three completely different conditions. Science is barely keeping up with what GLP-1s are doing
The study found that people taking semaglutide (the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy) saw major drops in depression and anxiety alongside the weight loss effects everyone already knew about.
It also showed reduced risk of substance use disorders.
A weight loss drug that may help treat addiction. Nobody predicted that.

@PrimeHomestead @JohnnySalad3t @KeruboSk Are there scientific studies on this or data from reputable sources for the same?
You are the second person saying this and Indian celebrities who are on ozempic have no light/glow in their eyes. Possibly there is merit to your claim and we get more sources on it
English

@JohnnySalad3t @KeruboSk They force themselves to eat. I know people that take it. Eating makes them nauseous and they're completely turned off by it.

@UziCryptoo How is consultancy innovative and that too GDPR? 😝
English

My friend works in tech in Paris
He makes a top 1% income (€66k)
Leaves work at 4:15pm sharp (work end time closely enforced by government)
Commutes home via bike (only 7 minutes)
Kids walk home from free daycare a few minutes later
He never has to worry about medical bills or saving for retirement
Yet gets to work for one of the most innovative startups in the world (it's a GDPR consulting business)
Tell me again why America is the best place for tech workers?

Huberman marathon prediction thread 👇🏻
(I say 3:45 with 6 mo of training)
Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D.@hubermanlab
@Brady_H That would be fun. I run for 5-8mi about once a week just for fun (yes I enjoy it) so I will have to step it up. What’s a good first marathon time for someone my age, 50, who ran X country senior year HS (lighter then)? And 6 mo to train or 4 sufficient?
English

@MuscleBusUtah @CoachDanGo @ouraring I agree. I have been using my apple watch for 5 months now. I use it to track sleep and keep my heart rate under control while running, climbing, cycling or in the gym. If i feel sick i check my HRV and RHR to decide to rest. I am loving it so far
English

@CoachDanGo Is this a personality thing?
I’ve been wearing @ouraring for 5- years and never once have felt it dictated my mood or day. It’s just data, what you do with that data is purely on the individual?
English

@AuGnome @theryandreyer Yes. And i did the tests for - intervals, long distance run (medium pace), and easy runs. The battery is such a mess, if they solved their battery it would be amazing
English

@foolsbookie @theryandreyer Interesting. You’ve compared them to your chest strap and Apple Watch Ultra was most accurate and responsive to changes in HR?
English

The #1 beginner endurance mistake:
Wearing an Apple Watch

@KP24 Proper game and gully cricket dont go hand in hand. Either its a proper game or its gully cricket.
Thats rule 101 of gully cricket
English

@JavierBlas don't worry, the western institutions are still not convicting the war criminals of their own nations from 2005, and still searching for WMDs in Iraq, so yeah he will be fine even if he does it. a sad day for the world and western fairness
English

@Conjabi @robbertleusink Yeah but I am also sure that deep in the rural areas of India, the flower price is determined by the festival dates of the Hindu calendar and not by the amsterdam floral trading.
Was a subtle hint to the clickbait - 80% of world flower price
English

@foolsbookie @robbertleusink I do think the price elasticity of flowers is a bit different than energy.
English

Every flower price in the world is set in the Netherlands
The Dutch control 80% of global flower trade through a single auction in Aalsmeer
Twenty million flowers change hands there every day
The building is larger than Monaco
The Dutch did not just grow flowers
They built the infrastructure that decides what the entire world pays for them
Every florist on earth prices against a Dutch auction they have never visited
