ChudTheBuilder was given a $1.25M initial bond, pending his bond hearing. He was reportedly attacked before using his firearm and injuring a Black man. The bond is higher than that of a Black man, Antwane Crenshaw, who was arrested for first-degree murder and given a $250k bond in the same court district. It is higher than Karmelo Anthony’s initial bond amount of $1M and his revised bond of $250k. Anthony, after murdering Austin Metcalf, had his bond lowered, raised over $600k from the Black community and others on GoFundMe, and is attending college. Follow: @AFpost

NEW: Two things my sources tell me in the Chud The Builder case.
- Eatherly deleted evidence before police were able to take his phone. If true this can easily be proven by digital forensics. Expect a tampering with evidence charge to be added if that is the case.
- I’m also told he deleted the livestream. Pump will be subpoenaed for the content.
- Chud’s lawyer allegedly wants nothing to do with the case. According to sources he wants out. I wouldn’t be surprised if he files to withdraw himself.
