@TaintlessRed Genuinely worried they won’t even make a change in the summer to be honest and put the performances/finishing position down to mitigating circumstances.

FSG are soft for not making a change earlier. They wrote off season, thinking it impossible we wouldn't get CL with 5 places so decided to wait til summer. But with the players we have we still have a chance to win FA Cup and even CL with a new coach bringing new ideas & belief.

Kerkez isn't a Liverpool level player at present. He's 22 so maybe gets better but he's always a liability in one way or another, be it in possession or out of it. Reminds me of Emiliano Insua. Willing, driven, decent left foot but slow, error prone and naive.

@TaintlessRed I’d take Kerkez and Frimpong out of the starting XI for the foreseeable. Do what Klopp did with Robbo which worked wonders. Both have been thrown in the deep end, they’re chaotic due to different systems / too times trying too hard. Borders on breeding chaos in the team at times

Kerkez's inability to progress the ball with passing is a real issue. Robertson isn't the best at this but he's better at it than Milos who always seems to pass back or sideways. Trent progressing into midfield or forwards compensated for Konate and others being bad on the ball.
