@Budget if anyone is thinking of using this company I would not bother. If you are booking your holiday with @British_Airways what ever you do, don’t pick budget for your car rental. We have been in queue for 1 hour 45 mins and now the 1 man working has left and not come back

@Budget when you have full flights arriving in terminal c at Orlando why do you only have 1 staff member working your counter the queue is the longest I have ever seen

Can I just say of you are going to Florida and hiring a car I would recommend staying clear of @Avis . Customer service and aftercare is terrible. No one is getting back to me for the $100 they owe us. Stay clear

@British_Airways I think your new points system is terrible. I am a loyal member for over 10 years. I flew with you 4 times last year and still cant progress to bronze. Looks like loyalty means nothing. Time to move to one of the cheaper airlines. 😞

@British_Airways I am currently in Florida in a BA holiday heading home tomorrow. So will be looking later in the year. But due to the new tier system I will be looking at Norse or Virgin moving forward as they also have better seat selections.

@British_Airways I do not believe this is true. As I always use a fly drive and usually the hotel as as well but unfortunately you have stopped offering the hotel we like. No one answers your phones. The whole service is poor.

@British_Airways I do understand this. But there was a time when I could get up to Bronze by flights alone. I just feel this new process does not work so well. This is what kept us loyal to BA. But actually this is no longer the case. Disappointed
