@SumUp If it often happens it’s not fit for purpose! It’s an expensive bit of kit that has hardly been used due to COVID and lockdowns and now have been told to send it to landfill. Yes, I understand the warranty issue but still…5 days use is poor quality!

After only 5 uses since December 2020 (on a shelf since Dec 2021!) this is now redundant and not fit for purpose with no support/backup from @SumUp. Save your money and use an alternative system(which is a shame as was great on the times it did work)!!! #rubbish #saveyourmoney
