@SWiswesser @JesseLeeDow1 FedNow will be an absolute nothing burger. The media is using this narrative to suppress the stock price while the funds accumulate shares. I will guarantee this narrative will change soon enough, but it will be too late for retail investors as price will be $150+

Two years ago the price for PayPal $PYPL was 350% higher than it is today. In that same time they've seen 4x growth in their Buy Now Pay Later program. Does that make sense? Personally, I just don't understand how people can keep ignoring the type of growth PayPal is seeing in different aspects of their business. Especially with the technicals and macro looking so positive right now.

$PYPL getting smoked after earnings and now testing some very important support levels. No position for me. This is what happens to a former growth company once it stops growing and margins aren’t expanding fast enough to make up for the slowdown. I’m not at my computer so feel free to reply with a better chart. $PYPL also back to 2017 prices 🤢

The market is incredibly intelligent. Through personal experience, I can see in hindsight why $UPST plummeted. The car dealership I'm a partner with has dealt with Upstart since last year. The experience has been disorganized and unprofessional. Fortunately, I sold it at $319.

oil remains the single strongest stock sector out there. We were concerned that Halliburton would stay in Russia but they are winding down and it think that makes for a very good stock for club members to buy.

I have read your substack and you had STNE FCF value at $18+ with 90%+probability and fair value at $24, but man this is brutal and trading at Book Value. Also, why the ER delay?

I ended up adding a little bit to my $SKLZ long position today in the mid $2s, I feel pretty comfortable with my cost basis as for now. We will see how the global news and market volatility affects it moving forward. The next four Qs should show more growth. #stocks #trading

@giro_lino Gino, Have you heard anything about the "Stone for Sale" news? This price action is concerning given the fundamentals and growth of the core business less the bad investments and credit mess up.

GS reduced its earnings estimate for $STNE to 682mn. For those who read my post on Substack in November, I have 680mn in earnings for 2022. Now, I think they're too pessimistic for 2023.
