Japan has 9 million vacant homes, a 13.8% vacancy rate. If current patterns continue, vacancy could reach 25.5% by 2043, with nearly 19 million empty units out of a projected 73.7 million total housing stock. Whereas Tokyo's vacancy rate is below 5% in the central 6 wards.

For one, it looks like AI. For two, you aren't improving WoW's graphics. You are just applying a realistic filter on without making the artistic choices of converting it into a realistic style. For three, Retail WoW's graphics are good. You just chose classic for some reason.
