Il faudrait supprimer le CDI et 99 % du Code du travail. Le CDI coûte trop cher aux employeurs et emprisonne les salariés. Il n’est pas adapté à un marché du travail mobile. Un marché du travail plus dynamique ferait baisser le chômage, et tout le monde serait plus heureux.

@fvdessen On évolue vers une société où une minorité ultra productive finance une majorité de plus en plus dépendante économiquement. Mais qui a envie de se faire tondre par le système ?

Les socialistes belges et français parlent encore comme si on était en 1970 : grèves, luttes salariales, rapport de force avec le patronat local. Mais vous comptez faire comment face à une usine chinoise pilotée par IA, robots et automatisation totale avec quasiment 0 main-d’œuvre ? Faire grève contre des bras robotiques ? Négocier avec un algorithme ? Bloquer quoi exactement ? L’Europe dépend déjà massivement de la Chine pour l’industrie, les batteries, les composants, les terres rares, le solaire, une partie de la chimie… et demain ce sera aussi la production automatisée à très bas coût. Pendant qu’ici on débat de la semaine de 32h, eux construisent des usines où les lumières peuvent littéralement rester éteintes tellement il n’y a presque plus d’humains dedans. Le vrai sujet n’est plus “capital vs travailleurs”. Le vrai sujet devient : que vaut une économie sans industrie face à des puissances capables de produire sans travailleurs ?

Je veux construire une plateforme à mettre à dispo du client avec pas mal de stats, suivi, enregistrements de calls etc.. Vous me conseillez de faire full IA ou de passer par qqn ? J'ai peur que full IA si l'architecture est pas solide le jour où on veut modifier un truc ou quoi tout saute et ça sera un outil hyper important dans l'expérience client
