#DeltaAirlines I am in Atlanta sky lounge, terminal A. Paid member. They have no draft beer (out or broken) but have cans. But will only SELL that beer. This is very bad customer service .

(1) #amazonlogistics #amazon @amazon @amazonhelp #amazondeliveryfail I'd prefer to contact Amazon directly but they essentially have zero help available (other than getting to a chat person who can only read to you what you already see online without addressing the problem).

(4) #amazonlogistics #amazon @amazon @amazonhelp #amazondeliveryfail My successful deliveries are from UPS, USPS, etc. (professionals). But these independent folks seem to be "random dude with a car" trying to deliver to a business address outside 8 to 5pm hours. Frustrating!

(3) #amazonlogistics #amazon @amazon @amazonhelp #amazondeliveryfai And this address had received Amazon deliveries for at least 15 years. I get 50 to 60 packages a year. But in the last few months its been mostly chaos with the amazonlogistics using random folks for last mile.

(2) #amazonlogistics #amazon @amazon @amazonhelp #amazondeliveryfail Just today, a package that has been floating around within a mile of my address for 5 days was returned as undeliverable. In the last 3 days I've had 3 other Amazon packages delivered to exact same address.

#amazonlogistics Please just let me pay extra to use professional delivery service (fedexp, UPS, USPS).

#amazonlogistics Complete disaster with my #amazon deliveries since they started using local independent last mile folks. I've been receiving packages for almost 20 years at same commercial address. Now every delivery is a disaster. Drivers are clueless about addresses.
