@VirginAtlantic first time travelling by VA and not impressed. Until the scheduled time, there was no information at all. Then boarding started and again stopped where something is in the economy section. Hope my experience improves
@gargmoj Hi Manoj, yes that is correct. You are entitled to either one large suitcase or two medium suitcases (weight cannot exceed 20kg) as well as a hand luggage (cannot weigh more than 10kg) which could be either a cabin sized suitcase or a backpack/bag.
@nationalexpress Hello, just wanted to check that if you are travelling to and from airport, you are allowed to carry 2 medium size luggaage(20kg each) and one hand bag(10kg). is that still correct as I am using the service after 6-7 months.
@DunelmUK one more time where near to collection time, dunelm sent message "Unfortunately, the item(s) listed below are not available for your Click & Collect order" . What are you accepting the order you must be having some way to track inventories..

@bookingcom I felt your price claim match is a fake. as soon as booked , I informed you and did not get the response via chat, wasted 44 m 55 s on call after 10 days as well but did not get any real response. Nothing was matched...I should have cancelled n booked with other
