@garyu69 Hi Gary. Have you been able to visit a ticket office? Staff there should be able to scan the card, then check for updates on the system, which usually pushes through any pending tickets and makes them ready for use. ^Andy

👋 @TLRailUK my monthly season ticket is showing ready to collect status. I’ve tapped in at the collection station but it’s not applying. This is then causing issues with tapping at gates not working. It also will not load through the app.
