It's so beneath our High Court to whine about being "treated unfairly." It's not just embarrassing, but deeply concerning, because it echoes a partisan refrain on the right. It's a talking point. Using a talking point of a party PROVES its politicization has much more work ahead.

Our Supreme Court is politicized - they're partisan AND petulant. Their partisanship - on display for a while now - shows they're owned by people who put them there. Their petulance is of equal concern - it shows they will use grievance - as a deflection against what's to come.
