@Swiggy & @TimHortonsIndia, Ordered 2 coffee yesterday, a large and a small. ETA: 12 mins. Delivery: 1 hour. Received wrong sizes, the large coffee came as medium (I've got pictures) What I did not get was actual customer support. What kind of sick joke is this? @SwiggyCares?

I was told that "Your package was refused at the time of delivery." While I was not even there to refuse the package. In fact, the support executive had told me that the order would be delivered max by 7:30 PM.

@amazon @amazonIN I placed an order yesterday using Prime's one-day delivery feature. The order was supposed to be delivered today by 10:00 PM at my OFFICE ADDRESS. Waited at office till 8:30, and the order wasn't still out for delivery. I get a text at 9 for order cancellation.

Terrible experience with @fnp_ind. Order a plant that was supposed to be a gift for a friend. I was called today, a day before scheduled delivery, that they don't have the pot I ordered. They offered an alternative, awful looking pot that is clearly nothing like I wanted.

@fnp_ind @fnp_ind first, you change the pot of my gift order at your convenience. Then, you guys deliver a HORRIBLY packaged plant. All the contents of the pot are spilled inside the cylinder. What am I supposed to do with the pot and the soil? Make plants? Never ordering from FnP again.

The website doesn't show the product as "out of stock". They said I could either accept the alternative or cancel the order. Since it was supposed to be a gift, I could not cancel the order. Horrible, will never shop again from this brand. @GutgutiaVikaas
