@DocStrangelove2 I'm honestly really surprised to see this & hear Mike hated whatever original gun designs existed because I strongly dislike current 2077 gun designs. To me personally they just feel like the same tryhardy sci-fi gun designs I've seen millions of times over the years.

CD Projekt Red’s “Gun Wall”, which for obvious reasons is mostly fake, was compiled for design references after speaking with Mike Pondsmith and his distaste for the gun designs originally in Cyberpunk 2077 early development.
