I never ran a GTM Show before. Yet @InstantlyAI just hired me to be the Executive Producer and host of one. And honestly I'm a little scared lol Here is the deal. I partnered with Instantly to host a daily show about GTM. Tools, strategies, what is actually working right now in sales and AI. Not theory. Real stuff, tested LIVE. Every day I'll bring in guests, test things on camera, and break down what's happening in the space. Now some context on me. I've been running an agency in this space for over 3 years. Posting content here on LinkedIn and on YouTube for over 2. So I kinda consider myself an AI educator at this point. But this is different. This is education AND entertainment mixed together, and I've never done that before. So yeah, new stuff. My only goal with this show is clarity. There is SO much noise right now. Every day a new tool, a new hype cycle, a new "this changes everything" post. It's exhausting. I want to cut through it. Give you real perspectives from people actually building, so you can figure out what matters and what is just noise. And I'm doing the whole thing in public. 1. Sharing what works and what doesn't. 2. The wins, the awkward moments, the stuff that flops on camera. all of it. We stream on YouTube, LinkedIn and X. Postiz is on $145k MRR! Right now, we are growing by $1k MRR per day (some days are better) and will probably hit $2m ARR this week. But how can Postiz be growing that fast? I stole this idea and now use it with every single employee. It’s the best illustration I’ve seen of teaching someone to be high agency. It says there are 5 levels of work: Level 1: “There is a problem.” Level 2: “There is a problem, and I’ve found some causes.” Level 3: “Here’s the problem, here are some possible causes, and here are some possible solutions.” Level 4: “Here’s the problem, here’s what I think caused it, here are some possible solutions, and here’s the one I think we should pick.” Level 5: “I identified a problem, figured out what caused it, researched how to fix it, and I fixed it. Just wanted to keep you in the loop.” Using this framework, here’s what I say to every new employee… You will live at Level 4 from Day 1 and as we build trust you will rise to Level 5. Being high agency doesn’t just mean tackling problems in this way. It means your entire way of working should be oriented to being a Level 4+ employee. Plz feel free to steal it as well. Engram cofounder @jxmnop just raised $98M to build a new type of AI. He says models don't need to get smarter over time. Instead, they just need to know you better and better over time. Jack describes what he's building: "Our product is a new type of AI. We have a pretty different vision from a lot of the frontier labs, which are working on one model per lab, and trying to make that model smarter every month." "There's another way to think about it, which is that the model doesn't need to get smarter every month. It needs to know you better." "So we're working on a whole different stack, which is a way to train models that train themselves to know your world better and adjust to the things that you say." We're a 20-person AI-native GTM company. Claude Code just took 80% of the execution work off our team's plate. And it’s helping us move 5x faster than companies twice our size. Here’s EXACTLY how we let it run our operations: 1️⃣ Map out high-level processes For every process, we map out who’s involved, which tools we use, which automations/agents are relevant, and the related SOPs. This is the blueprint for everything below. 2️⃣ Connect MCPs and CLIs to Claude Code MCPs let Claude act inside your tools, so they power a lot of our agentic workflows. We use 25+ incl. Slack, HubSpot, Instantly(.)ai, HeyReach, Apollo(.)io, n8n, Notion, GitHub and Supabase. 3️⃣ Build the knowledge layer (/wiki) We built an auto-updating company brain in markdown. Every client, SOP, transcript, campaign, etc. is documented in GitHub. 4️⃣ Build the behavior layer (/skills) Skills turn an SOP into an 80%+ complete task. We have ~20 core skills, but a total of 50+ that we use. 5️⃣ Maintain an organized folder structure CLAUDE(.) md, /wiki, /clients, /raw-context, and /.claude at the root. Keeping this clean is a constant effort. 6️⃣ Give the team access With strict hooks + guardrails, the whole team has access to the system. They use it through Claude Code CLI in Cursor, or custom frontends we deploy on Vercel. 7️⃣ Deliver the outputs Humans own the strategy, output, and every single mistake. But Claude Code has taken 80%+ of the execution work off our plate. We bet on AI-native services last year when we launched. No one was talking about it, now it’s the hottest thing. Most companies hiring a "GTM engineer" right now end up with a six-figure list-builder for the SDR team. Takes about a quarter to notice it happened. It happens because nobody ever defines the week. You hand someone a Clay seat and a vague mandate, and the SDR team's requests fill the vacuum. Postings for the role jumped 205% in the last year, so a lot of teams are about to learn this the expensive way. This is our entire delivery model at ColdIQ. We've made these hires and run the function across 400+ clients and 23M cold emails, and the ones who earn their salary all run a loop, roughly the same five things every week. > They wire the measurement in before they build anything. Every lead carries 8-12 data points, and the signals worth watching (a funding round, a new VP, a competitor's tool showing up in their stack) fire on their own. > Then they build the machine that turns out the lists. We wired list-building into one pipeline, and the same 1,000 emails that used to get 10 random replies now warm 30-50 people worth talking to. > They read one number every day, by campaign: how much qualified pipeline it threw off against what it cost to run. Someone can be slammed all month, ship a dozen plays, and still put nothing real on the board. > They kill things they like. We cut cold calling for most accounts when it settled around 1 booked meeting per 37 dials, and moved those hours somewhere that paid. > And they keep every play versioned in Clay, so six weeks in the same workflow is several revisions deep and running from a much higher floor. One signal run through that loop turned into a €200K+ contract off a 73-second Loom, because by the time a person touched it the signal had done the qualifying. Win rate on those accounts is 28%. Almost every department at our $7M agency now runs inside Claude Code. Here's how it works in each one: 1. GTM We built our whole go-to-market system in Claude Code, loaded with our ICP, every past campaign result, our SOPs, and 15 outbound skills. A full Instantly or lemlist campaign now ships in under 30 minutes. Lists built, pain points mapped, copy written, uploaded to the sequencer. 2. Sales Claude is plugged into our CRM, call transcripts, inboxes and Slack. It preps every closing call, drafts the proposal off what was said on the call, and cross-checks our open deals so we never undercut our own pricing. 3. Content 700K impressions in two months. We feed the agent 3,000+ posts and how each one performed, so it learns what travels, then drafts in our voice. 4. Ads Around $400K a month in spend across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, run straight from the terminal. Claude proposes the angles, builds the lists, uploads the audiences, and drafts creative for the design pass. 5. Design Claude Code paired with Figma turns out infographics in our real brand style, the kind that have pulled 100K+ impressions on their own. 6. Lead magnets A stack of free micro-tools, email finders, phone finders, intent checkers, built with Cursor, Claude Code and n8n. They feed new email addresses into our pipeline. 7. SEO Claude Code runs on top of AirOps to push programmatic pages and handle the research and briefs. We ship 5x the articles at the same quality, plus thousands of programmatic pages live on our site. 8. Recruitment Hiring runs on Claude Code start to finish. It turns the call with the hiring manager into a job description and a take-home task, then scores hundreds of applicants on their CV, LinkedIn and the work they submit. We still run every interview ourselves. None of it works if you hand the agent the decisions. It does the repetitive work. A person still makes the calls. If you want to copy this, don't start with eight departments. Take the one job eating the most of your week and get that right first.

There's an entire layer of sales jobs that's basically already gone, and another one that's next on the chopping block. But there's also a type of selling I think is almost completely safe, and the line between the two isn't where most people assume it is.
