@PetsatHome Hi Laura App wont let me send a DM as I would have done that initially. I contacted the store and my order hasn't been delivered, so there goes my plan for the weekend. I realise its not yours or the stores fault, but please feedback that delivery info needs an upgrade as 1/2

@EE @Albannach91 So these increases every year putting everyone's bills up, where does it stop? Does it just continue until its completely unaffordable for anyone to have a mobile? I dont understand how you can put my bill up, but give options for a cheaper deal for same. You arent even cheap.

@pinkyandrexa Last I sold, I was made to select a royal mail service, on selling the item I was forced to use a different service on the app which was then adding an addition £4 or more to the price for a signature. I ignored it all and went to the post office. Won't sell with them again

(continued)... eBay needs to take this feedback seriously or face a HUGE loss of the number of sellers & buyers due to "Simple Delivery". 1. Sellers say they can't combine postage 2. Sellers are being pushed into using Evri for silver items 3. Buyer's items get lost or stolen.

I need to point out a serious ebay UK issue to eBay via @AskeBay @eBayNewsroom. The new eBay feature "Simple Delivery" is forcing sellers to choose a standard postage method at a fixed price. eBay has now only 1 star on Trustpilot. See pic & article link bit.ly/4qtgrow

@TalkTalk @parkyerbike An actual response rather than a generic one would be nice, some people work from home and need the connection, so an actual response would be useful, like has the issue been identified? Oddly I can see 2 smart speakers of mine as showing online and everything else off line.

@girl_foo Hi Mandie, in cases like this it's always best to raise the issue to your service provider - they'd then link in with Openreach where needed to get the issue resolved. If you give them a call about your issue this should then get sorted between them.

@bt_uk juts DM'd you but not sure if you will respond reading the reply. Who is responsible for a cable that is attached to a BT pole but installed by CityFibre? Their engineer states installed too low but they tell me they can't touch as it's BT

@AsdaServiceTeam app no longer opening for me on android, been fully closed down and still just opens a blank white screen. To be fair, that's probably better than the app anyway as the so-called improvements have downgraded what you already had.

@ITVXhelp Playback seems to work only through Google Chrome rather than the apps which isn't ideal needing to use a laptop when you're sat in the living room with a tv to use.

@ITVXhelp so I can stream live tv absolutely fine on apple, android and fire stick, but all apps do not like catch up. Emmerdale doesn't get past the car in the woods, others get to adverts and just turns to a black screen, any ideas why? I've given up trying to watch shows

@ITVXhelp No just ITVx, I use amazon fire stick, checked and app us up to date, apple iPad and mac book, again apps upto date. Tried watching banner under heaven but would get to adverts after each part and just go black, you need to go back and hope it's remembered where you got to 2/2

@girl_foo @RoyalMailHelp The response was useless. Signed for letter doesn't guarantee delivery...... Complain 10 days after it should have been delivered. Doesn't help when it's an important letter and I can't resend the form
