Significant chance that the next time the Democrats are in charge with even 51 Senate seats they implement a breathtaking power grab of the kind that would have made FDR blanch.

For all of the problems Democrats have, it's the Republicans who have a president at 39% approval. The discussion in my article is around how many votes Dems leave on the table, not whether they can win again. (The likeliest 2028 R nominee—Vance—also has really ugly numbers)

There is a legitimate argument that Ketanji Brown Jackson’s appointment to the Supreme Court — which President Joe Biden specifically said was directly intended to put a black woman on the Supreme Court — was unconstitutional under federal law.

I don’t want to hear one more fucking criticism of Trump’s new ballroom at the White House.

"Sheryl Cowan, 57, was making $272,000 a year as a senior VP at a U.S.A.I.D.-funded nonprofit when she was let go at the end of March 2025. Last month she had an online interview for a $19-an-hour job managing a Penzeys Spices store in Falls Church, Va." nytimes.com/2026/04/21/us/…

Eric Trump on his $24 million Pentagon contract for robots: "It's gonna change industry, military application, hospitality. The uses are unlimited and I think it's a very beautiful thing, but we must win that race."

This is pretty amazing Democrats leaned so heavily on Fairfax to drive the entire referendum, but Republicans actually drove enough turnout to win 3 of the new districts, got “The Lobster” within 0.3, and 2 others blue districts within 5.

I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. Previous fights involved census apportionment, in NC and NY--maps were aggressive and courts got involved. Texas introduced Calvinball.

.@AriFleischer please stop saying Texas started this redistricting mess. New York started it. After an extreme gerrymander by NY Dems in 2022, completely ignoring the Independent Commission they created in 2014, the Court of Appeals in NY restored fairness. Then, the Dems sued again in 2024 to overturn the Court of Appeals decision. They bullied 2 Court of Appeals judges off the bench and forced new Dem. favorable maps and the Reps lost 4 seats. In 2026 they AGAiN sued to gerrymander and eliminate the Rep seat in Staten Island and were looking for even more power. The US Supreme Court stopped the nonsense for now. The Dems plan to gerrymander again in 2028. They will stop at nothing and do not care about the people or fairness. This is a bloodsport. The Republicans need to wake up and recognize this fact. Sign the Save America Act into law for starters. And do whatever it takes within the law to ensure that the citizens of this country win.

To my eye, Dems have definitively taken the lead in the mid-decade redistricting battle for this cycle. 🔵 Ds will likely gain 8-10 seats 🔴 Rs will likely gain 4-8 seats And it seems like an awfully big risk for FL to further redraw its map given the swings we’re seeing in special elections.

Jason Oppenheim reveals EVERYONE will be able to afford private chefs, maids, the best healthcare in 10 years due to AI👀 “Everyone within 10 to 15 years will have a Michelin star chef, a maid, babysitter, a dentist, and the best physician in the world”

That’s a great question and I don’t mind you asking at all. And you’re welcome to disagree with me. I will state my position this way: Democrats coming back to power in America is more dangerous than Iran having a nuclear weapon. That’s my position.
