@WashWoodie wow….horrible phone customer service. Called, sent text messages, and get no response or useless responses. We just want to pause our membership for 3 months

@lufthansa checked in for flight TPA to FRA and we were moved from our paid seat upgrades at the window to middle aisle! Poor service, “talk to the staff at airport” , hang up when we asked to speak to supervisor….horrible. Fixed the problem ourselves

@BestBuySupport YUCK! ordered 5 Appliances weeks ago.Rcvd many confirmations of delivery tomorrow. 9 pm tonight “oh delivery cancelled, reschedule”. Call member services and they say dishwasher not available. So why not deliver the other appliances? Or give me a damn choice?

@MillersAleHouse …. Annapolis Mall store disgraceful. Put in booth with food spread down the aisle, no one cleaned up. Had to ask to be moved to “cleaner” location. Not busy but 15 minutes for server and had to flag someone down. Appetizer served same time as entrees. Nope.

@VikingCruises 3 weeks out and I can’t get anyone to fix the issue of my airline seats dropping to “unassigned” several times a week. This is what $13k gets you? Disappointed is an understatement
